About Ceylon Decaf - Black Tea
Harvested from the island of Ceylon in the spring and early summer, and gently decaffeinated using the CO2 method, this tea is a virtually caffeine-free treat for lovers of a brisk cup.
A Few Words On Taste This tea brews a medium-bodied, brisk and satisfying cup with all the flavor of a good black tea without the caffeine. It’s wonderful alone or with milk and/or your preferred natural sweetener.
Brewing Instructions
- Fill your kettle with freshly drawn water from the purest available source.
- Heat the water to boiling.
- Measure approximately 1 rounded tsp. of tea per 6-8 ounces of water.
- Place the tea in your preferred brewing vessel: teapot, filter basket, large tea ball, etc.
- Pour the heated water over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes, (if a longer time is allowed the tea may become bitter) then serve.
Ingredients: 100% decaffeinated Ceylon tea.
